I help growing businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE find the work that repeats, fix the process behind it, then automate it. Drag the slider to see what that means.
Illustrative map of a typical growing business, from customer enquiry to payment. Every red box is work a person repeats that a system could do.
What is manual work costing you this year?
Move the sliders to match your team. Most owners underestimate this number, because it's spread across everyone's day and never shows up on an invoice.

Estimate: people × daily hours × 240 working days × hourly cost. One full-time person = 1,920 hours.Estimate: people × daily hours × 240 days × hourly cost.
Process before automation.
AI on a broken process only makes it break faster. So every process I touch goes through three questions, always in this order.
Keep
What already works?
Protect it. Not everything needs changing, and your team's good habits are an asset, not a problem to fix.
For exampleThe way your best person handles a new customer.
Systemise
What depends on who does it?
Standardise it: one path, one owner, one template. Quality stops depending on who's in the office that day.
For exampleEvery quote goes out from one template.
Automate
What's repetitive, high-volume and stable?
Only now add automation or AI, with a clear number it has to move. If it can't be measured, it waits.
For exampleInvoices go out the moment an order is delivered.
Three stages. Start where you are.
Start with the audit, and go further only when the numbers justify it.
How an engagement runs.
Success is defined before we start, then tracked against a baseline. No slide decks, no gut feel.

Process blueprint
I quantify what the bottlenecks are costing you and what fixing them is worth.
Redesign and implement
Built with your team, not handed to them. It sticks because they own it.
Measure
First checkpoint at 30 days: time saved, cost down, output up.
Built by someone who spent 13 years in operations.
I see a business as one system: what comes first, what follows, how each part connects. That's how I can tell which work can be automated, and which needs fixing first.
Growing companies in every industry hit the same wall: the team repeats the same tasks, information lives in WhatsApp and Excel, and the owner becomes the bottleneck. You work directly with me, and I bring in specialists when a project needs them.

Working with businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
What owners ask me.
Straight answers.
Which industries do you work with?
Any business where the same work repeats: trading, services, clinics, agencies, contracting, retail. The patterns are the same across industries; only the words change.
How is this different from hiring an advisor?
Most advisors hand over a report. I stay through implementation, work with your leadership team rather than around it, and measure every engagement against a real baseline.
Will this disrupt how we work today?
Avoiding that is the point. I build on your current setup and bring in change at a pace your team can absorb without losing momentum.
Will you work with the tools we already have?
Usually yes. I first make the existing stack work properly before recommending another tool.
Do we need AI in every process?
No, and I'll be the first to say so. AI on a broken process makes it break faster. I recommend automation only when the process is solid, the volume justifies it and the outcome is measurable. Some of the biggest wins have nothing to do with AI.
What results can we realistically expect?
Less manual work, faster execution and clear ownership at every stage. We set the baseline on day one, and the first checkpoint is at 30 days.
Where do we start?
With the free 30-minute call. I'll tell you which process to look at first, and whether it's worth fixing.
