Privacy policy

How Forta collects, uses and protects your data. Last updated: September 2026.

Who we are

This website, forta.partners, is operated by Forta Partners S.R.L. ("Forta", "we"). Forta is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; declining does not affect your use of the site.

Contact and booking. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call via Calendly, we receive the details you provide (name, email, phone number, and anything you write). We use them solely to respond and to prepare for the conversation you requested.

Forms and audit requests. If you use the contact form or order the One-Process Audit, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and your description of the process you want reviewed. We use this only to prepare your audit, send your invoice, and talk to you about the results. Please do not include personal data about candidates, workers or clients in your answers. We never use your answers to train AI models.

We do not run ads on this site, do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing, and do not use third-party tracking beyond the analytics described above.

Where your data lives

Email and invoicing run on Zoho (EU data centres). Call bookings run on Calendly. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which forwards them to our inbox. Analytics data is processed by Google. This site is served via Cloudflare. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms as our processor.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then archived or deleted. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy in portable form. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies on this site are Google Analytics cookies, controlled by the consent banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
